These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Crewbies.ai website and hiring platform (the “Service”), operated by Crewbies Technologies, Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be authorized by your employer or client organization to use the Service on their behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate any applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or data protection law
  • Do not upload candidate or client data you are not authorized to process
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Do not use automated scoring outputs as the sole basis for adverse hiring decisions without human review

3. Customer content and candidate data

Customers retain ownership of the requisition, candidate, and client data they upload (“Customer Content”). Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and consents to upload Customer Content and to use Crewbies' AI features on that data.

4. AI-assisted features

Crewbies' sourcing, screening, and ranking features are decision-support tools. Scores and rankings are generated based on configurable criteria and should be reviewed by a qualified human reviewer before any hiring decision is made.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order form.

6. Intellectual property

Crewbies retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its underlying software and models. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Crewbies' trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Crewbies does not warrant that AI-generated rankings or scores will be error-free or suitable for any particular hiring decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewbies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to account administrators.
